Known as an all round complete trainer, his style- “Afterburner” is a detailed explanation of the movement followed by functional performance drills with just enough push to get the job done right. This hard style drill instructor has 16 years fitness and dance training. Also known as “The Russian Accountant” his style is BIG numbers – meaning high intensity and high repetition sets. Be prepared for endless counting, cold humor and motivation that will take your fitness to the next level. Specialties include aerobic conditioning, fat loss, advanced bodyweight training and HIT (High Intensity Interval Training). In the class you’ll hear 1-to-10 being continually counted in 20 different languages even after you’ve stopped and can’t move anymore. Don’t try to impress him.. he’s seen it all before. Comments like “I hate you John!” Can be heard regularly but his dramatic methods have proven a success time and time again, and cadets can’t get enough of him and they keep coming back for more!
