No Refund or Transfer
BOOTCAMP CHINA operates on a strictly NO REFUND OR TRANSFER POLICY. Please decide carefully before purchasing as management decision is final. We will ensure that you receive the best service and training therefore please commit to your purchase.
No Freezing Policy
“NO FREEZING” policy applies to all purchases. No exception.
Set Times for Bootcamp
Bootcamp sessions are fixed dates and time and cannot be carried over or changed. Session times may vary only in event of bad weather or group decision to switch another date due to unforeseen circumstances, illness of instructor, natural disaster etc. Commit yourself 100% to get into shape! During this short time don’t let other things distract you from your fitness quest. We cannot track everyone who wants to make up a class all across town at different times!
GUIDELINES FOR PACKAGES
Random Warrior
Drop-in 6 times sessions are valid for all locations and all times is valid for 10 weeks. Can be shared between friends. To be sure a particular location is running please reserve your spot by calling 6215 1519.
All Bootcamps
Valid for 4 weeks from starting date. Valid for one location and one person only.
There is NO missed or make up classes unless the instructor does not attend. In that case the class will be rescheduled in the same week. If you are away you can makeup the classes at any other location or attend any of the classes at Eternity Fitness before the pass expires.
High Intensity Unlimited Pass
Is valid for 4 weeks starting from first training day of the week. Cadets enlist for their primary training camp location and can do any and all other locations as many times in a week as they please. There is NO make up classes or extensions. The more classes you do the more cheaper it is for you! Locations will have minimum 2 registered cadets to be ongoing.
Eco Adventures
Will be postponed due to bad weather, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. In this case the adventure will be rescheduled to a later date. Adventures will go ahead otherwise unless minimum quota has not been obtained. Only in this case each client is entitled to a refund.
Private Bootcamps
Require minimum 6 registered people to commence. If the location is outside of our normal training zone the group must include additional taxi fees or arrange transportation for the instructor.
Payment and Transaction
ALL first time cadets must come to the office to register and pay first before the Par-Q assessment and any training begins. This is for security purposes as we are a legitimate business all transactions are conducted at our head office. The instructors are not responsible for cash or alternative arrangements unless otherwise authorized. Bootcamp China accepts cash, cheques, local and international credit cards
