Training
It’s a fun, motivating, highly exhilarating military style outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness, physically and mentally. The 4-6 weeks intense training sessions will guarantee you serious results!
During each session you will perform activities including:
Squad Runs, Stair Climbs, Track and Hill Training. Cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with various exercises using dumbbells, barbells, towels, ropes and TRX( US Navy Seals official training apparatus) along with other daily items limited only by creativity!. Working out will never be the same with fitness games, relays, group challenges, kick-boxing, ball drills, plyometrics and obstacle courses! Functional bodyweight strength & cardio sessions with a strong focus on correct technique: coordination, endurance, power and flexibility are all challenged-motivation and support comes from a team spirit of camaraderie… and most of all Its THE MOST FUN YOU’LL EVER HAVE GETTING FIT!
