Progressive 4 Week Bootcamp

The original standard results driven program. One month, twice a week. Choose your selected location- morning or evening.

  • Offers up to 8 training sessions to be completed in one month ( each session is unique and progressive)
  • All equipment and props provided
  • 2-20 players per location
  • Suitable for all levels

High Intensity Program

Train unlimited all locations any time for 4 weeks:   Mornings and Evening sessions.

  • Preliminary health & fitness assessment (includes lifestyle analysis, body measurements)
  • Unlimited training sessions ( each session is unique and progressive) Choose over 50+ classes
  • All equipment and props provided
  • Minimum 2- 20 players per location
  • Suitable for intermediate levels and best value!

Indoor XP30

Hardcore abbreviated 30 minute training system. No time, No worries!

Exercise in comfort with convenience and flexible schedule at the new downtown basecamp studio.

  • Preliminary health & fitness assessment
  • Offers up to 8 training sessions to be completed in one month
  • Mornings, Lunch, Evening and Weekend sessions
  • All equipment and props provided
  • Minimum 2- 20 players per location
  • Suitable for all levels particular busy people or white collar workers on the run

Bootycamp Women Only

Catch up with all the gossip while having fun with the girlfriends.. and get fit too!

  • Preliminary health & fitness assessment
  • Offers up to 8 training sessions to be completed in one month (each session is unique and progressive)
  • Mid morning classes so you still have time for the kids in the morning and meet the girlfriends for lunch
  • All equipment and props provided
  • 2-20 players per location
  • Suitable for all levels housewives, singles,  women looking for a fun social fitness group
  • Got your own group, we'll send the instructor to you! Your location your time!

 

Boot Camp Commando

For the people that want the most out of the program. You’ve already given yourself 4 weeks to get in shape so why not give it all you got!

  • 4 weeks unlimited Boot Camp sessions
  • 4 Weeks unlimited Group Classes at Eternity Fitness including, Bodyblast, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Kali stick fighting, Kettlebells etc
  • Suitable for all levels who want more results and variation in the workout program

Boot Camp Pro

For the people that want the most out of the program. You’ve already given yourself 4 weeks to get in shape so why not give it all you got! Tweak your program with personal goals and specialized training for your particular needs.
